General FAQ's

Application Process

Applications are processed in the order they are received and qualified students are accepted on a first come, first serve basis. It is best to apply before the application deadline if you want to secure a spot on the program. Once accepted, applicants will be sent email correspondence with important information.

What does the program price include?

Please visit the What's Included page under the Sevilla Programs section for a detailed list of everything that is included in the program. Programs are all-inclusive except for lunches and dinners on weekend excursions, transportation such as taxis or public buses when not traveling with the group, souvenirs and cell phone calls.

On-Site Directors

Student Voyage directors are available 24 hours a day and carry Spanish cell phones in case of emergency. Directors actively check-up on students' progress on a daily basis at the Uninversity and during daily actvities. If problems should arise with homestay families, roommates, homesickness or personal problems, the Student Voyage staff is available 24 hours a day to help.

Can parents visit during the program?

Parents are encouraged to visit the students only after the official Student Voyage program has ended. Please inquire with the SV Staff if you need help planning your trip.
