Who is Student Voyage?
Student Voyage is a dedicated team of individuals that were so moved by their experiences as student travelers that they have dedicated themselves to helping other young people have similar experiences. We strongly recommend that you consult students and families that have experience with Student Voyage. If you would like, we would be happy to put you in touch with a former student and his or her family.
Why Student Voyage?
Studying abroad is a dynamic and ever-changing activity, but ensuring that caring people are constantly monitoring every aspect of the students’ experience is perhaps our greatest strength. Our programs are designed to open lines of communication between students and directors so we can work together to ensure the most enriching experience. Again, we suggest you contact former students to hear their account of the program.
What type of students travel with Student Voyage?
We are fortunate to have students from all over the United States with the largest concentrations from the Southeast US, Kentucky and California. The majority of these students are 15 to 18 years old and we have programs for younger students as well. One of the great benefits of studying abroad is that it attracts a colorful combination of dynamic and motivated young people.
When should I apply?
Applications are processed in the order they are received and qualified students are accepted on a first come, first serve basis. In addition, housing and roommate matches are also made in the order we receive the applications. Consequently, we strongly suggest applying as early as possible in order to avoid issues with availability or housing.
What does tuition include?
Each program is different and includes a detailed list in the What’s Included section of this website as well as the corresponding information packet. In most cases, the programs are nearly all-inclusive. We do not, however, include airfare.
